Every home campus has a Student Liaison, a member of their staff who works with TN eCampus to help provide student support. Your Student Liaison can be an extremely valuable resource for answers you need about your courses or your program of study. They can provide guidance and assistance with the following:
Selecting and registering for TN eCampus courses
Logging into your TN eCampus course or other minor technical issues
Grade appeals
Facilitation of timely resolution for concerns and issues
Complaint process regarding an instructor or classmate
Questions that are specific to your home campus, such as financial aid
