TN eCampus accepts new course enrollments through the first week of the full, 15-week term, and through the second week of each term with instructor approval/permission.
January 16 – Last Day to Drop for 100% Refund
January 16 – Martin Luther King Holiday
January 17 – Start of Spring 2023 Classes
Student access granted at 3:00 p.m., Central Time
January 30 – Last Day to Drop for 75% Refund
January 30 – Last Day to Drop with No Grade
Check with your home institution for the last day to drop a class with a “W” grade.
February 12 – Last Day to Drop for 25% Refund
February 27 to March 3 – Mid-Term Proctoring Dates
March 6 to March 10 – Spring Break
April 3 – Summer & Fall 2022 Early Registration Begins
April 12 to April 19 – TN eCampus Student Services Survey
April 20 to April 27 – TN eCampus Course Evaluation Survey
April 27 – End of Semester (Last Day of Classes)
April 28 to May 3 – Final Proctored Exams
May 4 – Instructors’ Grades Due

May 5 – Grades Distributed to Campuses

Note: TN eCampus accepts new enrollments for compressed-length terms (like this 7-week R25 term) through the second business day of the term. Late adds must be completed by close of business for the student’s home campus on the second full day of classes.
