On the Go to Class login page, click the link that says “Forgot your password?” You will receive an automated email with instructions to reset your password.
Your username will be sent to your school-associated email from tnecampus@tbr.edu about two weeks before classes start.
If you have not received your username before the first day of class, email us at tnecampus@tbr.edu. In your message, please provide your full name, birthdate, home campus and the courses you have registered for.

I don’t see my courses in Go to Class
Remember, you cannot access your courses until after 3:00 PM Central Time on the first day of class.
You may not be able to see your courses before the first day of class. This is normal.
If you just registered, it may take up to 48 business hours for your course to appear. This delay occurs because your home campus sends your enrollment overnight, and we then have to process it and enroll you. This is normal.
You may have been dropped from the course by your home campus due to a purge or other registration issues. Please contact your Student Liaison for support and copy tnecampus@tbr.edu on the email.
I need help with something else
You are welcome to email us any time at tnecampus@tbr.edu or text 615-822-4350. TN eCampus staff members reply to these messages during normal business hours. Responses may not be immediate, but we answer as soon as possible!
The first thing you should do is email your instructor within Go to Class. It may take them up to 48 hours to respond to you. They will be the best person to help you with course issues.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you have emailed your instructor, please reach out to us at tnecampus@tbr.edu.

Please allow 48 business hours for us to process your drop. We schedule many of our communications in advance, so you may receive some during this time period. If you are still receiving communications from us about your course after 48 hours, email us at tnecampus@tbr.edu so we can investigate.
