Associate of Arts - AA
Online learners have access to the same support services as students who are studying on campus. The primary difference is that the services are web-enabled to provide easier access and convenience. Students enrolled in TN eCampus programs have access to these important resources:
Through the Virtual Bookstore, you can buy, rent or download course materials in print or digital formats. No campus visits are necessary! Simply order and pay online in a secure setting using one of the accepted payment methods. Customer service assistance and online resources are available to answer most of your questions.
The Virtual Library provides online students with access to databases, journals, eBook collections, reference materials, interlibrary loans, plus more. You can even contact a Reference Librarian for assistance with your research strategy, locating information and searching database resources. A link to the Virtual Library is provided inside your online course.
Virtual Tutoring Services
Online tutoring is available in core subjects and many advanced topics via Smarthinking. Available 24/7, students can access a live tutor in real time or schedule an appointment with a tutor of your choice. Additionally, students can take advantage of Smarthinking’s online Writing Lab service which provides a personalized critique of any written assignment. A link to Smarthinking is provided within your online course.
Need assistance with your course login and password, navigating within your course, or communicating with your instructor and classmates? These are just a few of many questions that our HelpDesk support staff can answer. Available 24/7, the HelpDesk is your “go-to” resource for assistance and resources that can resolve any technical or course issues you encounter.
