Overview

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Hartsville was created by the Department of Education. Classes began in June 1965, and have been operating continuously. The College is now governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents. It is located one mile east of Hartsville on Highway 25 in a beautiful 20-acre valley near the historic Cumberland River and Old Hickory Lake on Historic Avery Trace.

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology Hartsville serves as the premier supplier of workforce development for Trousdale, Sumner, Wilson, Smith and Macon counties. The College fulfill its mission by:
