College of Applied Technology at Chattanooga

The Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) at Chattanooga State offers 20 one-year diploma programs and 7 certificate programs with a total of 53 full-time faculty and staff and 10 part-time faculty to give you the best opportunity for success. The faculty members are dedicated to teaching and advising students and they are well prepared in their respective discipline with work experience in business and industry. The TCAT has a program completion rate of 74% and the graduate placement rate is 91% in a job related to the program.
Currently, the Chattanooga TCAT does not offer any programs that are fully online. Instead, it offers an online hybrid learning experience in which students can complete up to 20% of their coursework outside of regularly scheduled program meeting times. The online hybrid learning experience may involve materials, assignments and tests presented both in the classroom and online.

- Motorcycle Marine
Students must meet specific requirements to participate in the online hybrid learning experience.
